Location

UChi-Con is located in Ida Noyes Hall and the Harper Memorial Building at the University of Chicago. Sign-in and Artist Alley are at Ida, whose address is 1212 E 59th St, Chicago, IL 60637. Panels, screenings, and other events are in Harper, whose address is 1116 E 59th St, Chicago, IL 60637.

Parking

Because we are on a university campus, there is plenty of free street parking on the Midway (the grassy span of four parallel streets on which Ida Noyes Hall is located). However, if you do not arrive early enough, much or all of these spots will have already been taken. ATMs

At UChi-Con, most of the paid events require cash-only. This includes the Photobooth, Film Screening, and Cafe. In fact, the only exception is for artists in the artists' alley; some of them do accept cards. So in case you arrive at the con and find yourself lacking enough cash for all of the events you want to take part in, we've provided a map (to the left) of the nearest ATMs to our location on campus! Staff members at the con will also be more than happy to direct you on how to get to an ATM.
